Always excuses, never apologies. My car has been there for a week now and I’ve had to call in every day to get an update. “I’ll call you when the tech arrives”, “I’ll call you this afternoon with an update”, but I never get that call and I’m always the one who has to follow up. Everyone I’ve had contact with at the service department acts like they hate their jobs and that I’m a nuisance for bringing my car in.

My issue started December of 2023 with a misfire in my

My issue started December of 2023 with a misfire in my number 3 cylinder and number four cylinder they changed the spark plugs. Ran fine for barely a day all of a sudden started getting a bucking when I would accelerate or have a load like going up in Incline. Took it back to the shop shop said their Tech drove it couldn't get him to do it could possibly be my transmission transmission was fine then I got a misfire code in my number one cylinder took it to the shop it had cleared and the service manager said they couldn't do anything without the code now we're in middle of January I get another p P0301 code I immediately take it back to the dealer. They were just getting ready to close the service manager went out scanned it so that it was an active misfire told me to bring it in the next morning no sooner I pull up the next morning the check engine light clears they take it in anyway they changed the number one spark plug and then inform me that it is most likely a bad lifter. I asked for an estimate I don't get the estimate for 2 weeks we are now in March. I took my vehicle to a different mechanic who found that it was the coil that was bad. Had nothing to do with the lifters I almost spent $4,100 on getting something done that didn't need to be done I will never take my vehicle to Dick's Wilsonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge for service again. I believe they didn't want to work on it because I have over 117,000 miles on it.

This could have easily been a 5 star experience. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. My Sales person Elliot was OK but didn't have much knowledge and sales experience. Also needs to learn how to drive a Manual. Jarred was the closer on this deal, not that the vehicle didn't sell itself. It was exactly what I was looking for! The Jeep had a crack on the driver's side of the windshield. This was noted verbally by Jarred and myself. He verbally informed me the dealership would replace it. About a week after I purchased the Jeep I stopped by to check on the windshield. Since it, the windshield, was not noted on the intake and also on the "as is" purchase form. An error made by both myself and Jarred, I was pretty much out of luck. If it's not written down, there is no guarantee. But Jarred Told me he would try. As I was leaving Jarred came out and informed me that the owner or boss overheard our conversation and was replacing the windshield as verbally promised. The windshield installed on my Jeep was the upgraded one with the little Jeep climbing a hill in the right corner and the Jeep grill in the center. It's double the price of a normal windshield. Also, what I expected to be ordered and installed. I had strongly expressed this the Jarred. When the Service department called to schedule my installation, I asked about which windshield was ordered. It was just a plain jane windshield, nothing special. When I asked the service representative about this, he commented that, my Jeep was 11 years old so why put the more expensive window in. Then informed me that this was a sales decision and he had nothing to do with it. At that point I Texted Jarred telling him the situation and expressed my disappointment with what would be installed. I also informed him that I wouldn’t be arguing about this and would accept whichever was installed. The upgraded Windshield would have received 5 stars here, Apples for Apples. The basic Windshield, well would be less, applesauce for an apple. So that is why I gave 3 stars here. I would definitely buy here again. Just make sure everything is in writing.

All the employees I interacted with were very professional and were able to relate very well to my personal vehicle situation. This dealer narrowed down the specifications of the right 2023 Dodge Ram 4x4 pickup to tow my toy hauler, and all the features I wanted except two, within 1 hour!. One was a wheel-to-wheel running board system, which was ordered during a U.A.W. work stoppage, and still came in, well under the two-week estimate, with a beautiful install job! The other 'wish list' feature was a "60/40 split" cloth bench rear seat, instead of the single, folding rear seat that my truck came with. That can be substituted at a later date. Overall, I am extremely happy with my new purchase experience from Dick's Of Wilsonville, Oregon! Thank you! :)

Last time I owned a Jeep was in 1979 - a 1975 CJ5. Now in a 2023 Gladiator Rubicon and could not be happier. Dick's in Wilsonville was quick, efficient, professional and stress-free. Wilsonville Mercedes can go pound sand, I won't fall for that again.

Last time I owned a Jeep was in 1979 - a 1975 CJ5. Now in a 2023 Gladiator Rubicon and could not be happier. Dick's in Wilsonville was quick, efficient, professional and stress-free. Wilsonville Mercedes can go pound sand, I won't fall for that again.
