Adam was awsome and this time not bad but last time when I got my truck dack it had lots of pine needles in the dark and the cab and it had some tree residue on the paint that I had to remove

We had a great experience. We started with a test drive of a used jeep but were so impressed with the third row on the new keep grand Cherokee. After a test drive we knew it would be a great fit for us. This is our first jeep and my husband is already daydreaming on a new Rubicon.

The service team was very helpful. I had an appointment at 7:45a and it took over 2 hours to replace the thermostat and headlight. This may be normal but seemed like a long time since I had an appointment. The service team was still texting my husband, even though the last time I was in a few weeks ago I did give them my cell number and asked them to update my record (it sounds like his phone number was on the record from the initial purchase).
